Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders or future-release items. This policy explains how cancellations, charges, and refunds work for these types of purchases.


Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock but is expected to become available at a later date.

Depending on the item, we may:

  • Collect full payment at checkout, or

  • Collect a partial deposit and charge the remaining balance once the item is ready to ship

If a deposit is used, your payment method may be securely stored for the remaining charge at fulfillment.

Estimated ship dates are provided when available but are not guaranteed and may change due to production, supplier, or shipping delays.


Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting us at info@somethingwild.org.

  • If only a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be refunded unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • If full payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued upon cancellation prior to fulfillment.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, the order is subject to our Refund Policy.


Fulfilled Orders

Once an order (including pre-orders) has been fulfilled or shipped:

  • Cancellations are no longer possible

  • Refunds or exchanges, if applicable, must follow our Refund Policy

Shipping costs, customs fees, and duties (for international orders) are non-refundable unless required by law.


Changes and Delays

We reserve the right to modify pre-order timelines or cancel pre-orders if an item becomes unavailable. In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
