Thank you for supporting Something Wild. Every purchase helps fund wildlife rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation efforts.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method but typically range from 3–10 business days after shipment within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size, weight, and destination.

International Shipping

Something Wild is happy to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

International Shipping Availability

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.

If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to that location at this time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or weather events.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

The customer is fully responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Something Wild has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the order may be returned or abandoned, and refunds will not be issued for shipping costs.

Customs Processing Delays

Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery time. Something Wild is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

International Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that tracking may be limited or unavailable once a package leaves the United States, depending on the destination country and carrier.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your international shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipment will be at the customer’s expense.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Something Wild is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after shipment. Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier using your tracking number. You may also contact us at info@somethingwild.org, and we will assist when possible.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delays and Carrier Issues

Something Wild is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs (if applicable), or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we may contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@somethingwild.org
 with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged International Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@somethingwild.org, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Returns and Refunds (International Orders)

Due to the cost of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
